Introduction

This Child Safety & CSAM Prohibited Content Policy applies to the REALM mobile application and related services operated by Efinviiich Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). REALM provides a platform for music creators to connect, collaborate, and compete. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and do not allow any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), exploitation, or endangerment of minors.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy


We strictly prohibit:

  • CSAM in any form (images, videos, audio, text, links, AI-generated content, etc.).

  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexual exploitation of individuals under 18.

  • Uploading, distributing, viewing, or requesting CSAM.

  • Behavior that endangers the physical, emotional, or psychological safety of minors.


Any violation will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination, and

  • Mandatory reporting to law enforcement and child protection agencies (e.g., NCMEC).

2. Monitoring & Reporting


We use moderation controls and active review processes to detect abusive behavior.
If we identify CSAM or child exploitation, we report immediately as required by law.
